I found the perfect exercise app and I’m consumed by it.
The "Moves" App, found in the Apple store, is helping me stay physically fit and fully engaged in exercising by doing something easy that we all do naturally every day: WALKING!
I now track how many steps I take on my phone and I’ve set a goal to walk 10,000 steps a day,
7 days a week, no days off.
Might sound like a lot but it’s what I want to do, can do and will do. And this time of the year is the perfect time to develop this habit while strolling through Central Park!
